There should be an HTML editor, similar to the Templates sections, for the Shortcuts (System->Global Shortcut->Shortcuts), instead of just having to enter the value with the actual code, we need to be able to have the text, tables, titles, variables, and images entered without having them copy and pasted from a different source, this will also avoid having format and spacing differences between the HTML code and how NS inteprets it.
