Guelph Police Services is asking if NetScribe has the ability to return jobs to the work pool without the current multi-step procedure of going into the work pool and unassigning the transcriptionist and changing the state back to Ready for Typing. Sandra is concerned that the transcriptionists will select the wrong state and that it is time-consuming, taking away from their production time.
